I tend to build where the coordination cost is hiding.
In a household, that cost lives in remembering, deciding, following up, and carrying context. In a business, it lives between data, decisions, approvals, and systems that do not talk to one another. In commercial snow, it lives between a forecast, equipment, people, and a site that cannot wait.
The domains are different. The systems problem is remarkably similar.
