Sourcing a deal is one part. Evaluating it, coordinating the next steps, and staying close to the details are where the work takes shape.
Transaction experience
We wholesaled 13 properties in 2024, building practical experience evaluating opportunities and moving transactions forward.
Renovation in progress
We are currently finishing a flip, applying the same attention to scope, sequencing, and follow-through that runs through my other businesses.
A longer view
We also own one other property. Hometown Buyers brings together active transactions, improvement projects, and ownership.
