College & early sales leadership

Leading from the start.

College brought Mizzou, Kappa Sigma, and the people in these early photos. Right after graduating, I was recruiting for and leading an internship program, running large sales teams from the start.

The first house

Regional sales leadership · Texas

Texas, with everyone.

After Merrill, we packed the truck and moved to Texas for my Regional Sales Manager role at Caliber Smart. I was leading sales teams from Dallas–Fort Worth, while we were finding our feet as a family in a new place.

A promotion · A move west

Arizona had our hearts.

A promotion to Director of Revenue Operations at Caliber Solar brought us to Chandler, Arizona. My work grew to span sales, marketing, operations, and fulfillment. Beyond work, this chapter was desert hikes, the pool, Christmas at home, and all five of us in the frame.

Kirkwood, Missouri · Today

Back home. Still building.

After Arizona, we moved into our house in Kirkwood, Missouri. It’s our home base for raising the kids, traveling, and building our businesses. Today, I’m running Aule Intelligence and St. Louis Snow Removal, alongside our real estate work with Hometown Buyers.
